Lauren received her master’s in athletic training in 2021 and has been working as a High School and industrial athletic trainer ever since. She enjoys patient education to help individuals feel greater control and have a better understanding of how to best manage their injuries.
Lauren is from Lowell, Michigan. In her free time she enjoys cooking, playing board games, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
