Workouts That
Work for You
No matter what injury our patients suffer from, we treat them in a unique and personalized manner. By working closely with our expert staff, you will be given a treatment plan that will address your unique issues and help you regain the quality of life you deserve!
The goal of a therapeutic exercise is to leave you healthier and stronger during the process of the treatment. These exercises can help you regain stability, mobility, strength, and endurance.
Through therapeutic exercises, we’ve been able to treat a variety of injuries and physical ailments that previously impaired our patients’ daily lives.
An example of the exercises we use in treatment plans include:
Range of Motion – The point of these exercises is to do exactly what it says: increase the range of motion, specifically in a patient’s soft tissues and joints. We do this through various stretching exercises (passive, active, and assisted).
Muscle Performance – To increase muscle performance, we must increase strength and endurance. We do this through resistance training as well as endurance exercises.
Posture – It may be hard to believe, but poor posture can increase your likelihood for injury. When you slump your shoulders or fail to stand up straight, you lose muscle strength. That’s why we offer posture exercises which can eliminate various aches and pains in your back and shoulders.
Balance & Coordination – We simply cannot go through a single hour without balance or coordination. They’re tied to every single move we make with our arms, legs, hands, feet – you name it. We offer exercises that help build up your balance and coordination skills so you can continue to care for yourself and for others.
